I'm back from my Sound Of Silence protest! I know DeviantArt is probably still gonna continue ignoring the clear majority of the community, and force Eclipse on us. But if I have the choice between surrendering and dying fighting, I'm gonna die fighting. Anyway, I went and made DeviantArt a meme to help me cope. I'll leave this site on 20th May if Eclipse is actually forced upon us. Will keep you guys posted when the day comes!

Two very quick Eevee Fire & Smoke experiments using the Blender 2.80 Release Candidate.  The first is a 5-second fire and smoke simulation applied to an animated dragon figure exported from DAZ Studio as an FBX file. The second adds a simple spin to the animated dragon. Each Eevee render (150 frames) took 5-minutes to render.

Hello again everyone..... Just a couple reminders.....this is a photographic group, your submissions have to LOOK like a photo. We are also more of a "straight out of the camera" type of group.  We don't have a folder or any place for photo manipulations.  There are TONS of groups out there that welcome photoshop work, we do not.  If you are using a "filter" in your post processing, make sure the submission still looks like a photo.  I have deleted many that have a filter that makes it look like brush strokes or a painting rather than a photo. There are also quite a few outright rule/guidelines violations that have been deleted lately....PL
