Moonlight Sea Cliffs

Okay something new at least for me, long exposure macros. I found one of the flower pots in the house has been creating calcium formations from evaporation after watering. I tried to take normal macros with various lighting but it produced so much glare off the white crystalline structures of the formations. So... I tried long exposure with a lower light setting and I am rather surprised at how it turned out. Don't know why I never thought of doing this before but now it opens up a brand new avenue for me

That little tree like structure in the middle is about 2.5mm high and roughly 1.5mm wide.
